📃 1. We received a report from the banking partner stating 85% of rejections were regarding proof of address. This was either blurry, outdated (can not be older than 3 months) or something else was wrong with it.
What can be used as proof of address?
• Bank statement.
• Utility bill for gas, electricity, water, etc. linked to the property.
• Letters from a recognized public authority or public servant/any government-issued correspondence.
• Current lease agreement with signatures of the landlord and the tenant.
• Credit card statement.
• Employer’s certificate for proof of residence.
• House purchase deed.
*For 1) and 2), it’s common practice to reject proof of address documents older than 3 months.
Please make sure the picture you take is clear, readable and the document is not outdated!
®️ If your application was rejected twice, you need to wait until the additional application attempts can be started at your own expense.
👁🗨 2. We are looking into the error where the app does not read your staked or pooled XOR.
📲 3. The iOS error has been addressed and is being worked on.

💳SORA Card KYC application is currently only enabled for residents of a European country who can show a passport or ID card. 💳
We are working on enabling this for other regions as well. 💳
Please do not apply yet if you do not live in Europe. Also do not yet apply for SORA Card if you do not have a passport or ID card from a European country. If you are in one of these situations and you do apply, you spend complementary KYC attempts and your application will likely be rejected. After 2 rejected KYC attempts, the attempts moving forward are at your own expense of €3.8 per application 💳
We are working on enabling other documents for approval (resident permit, driver's license) in the future. 💳
